You know we love all things chocolate! With a background training as a professional chef and working as a chocolatier in London, founder James was inspired by the bean to bar movement and decided to start his own chocolate business, Contour Chocolate focusing on flavour, texture and the eating experience.
Based in London hand-crafting small batches of bean to bar chocolate discs using heirloom Nicaraguan cocoa beans. Their flavoured range uses ingredients in their most natural form, such as whole nuts, coffee beans, freeze-dried fruit and spices, which are refined into the chocolate for a smooth texture and natural taste. 20 smooth, thin chocolate discs are packed into luxury pull out draw boxes, perfect as a gift or special occasion. Plus, at Spirit of Christmas they will be offering an exclusive discount when you buy two or more boxes. Get your taste buds tingling with their delicious treats… We’ve just got to try these for ourselves!

As seen on BBC1’s Hairy Bikers Go North, Goosnargh Gin are bringing their multi award-winning gins to Spirit of Christmas Fair 2023. Launched in 2018 by husband and wife Richard and Rachel Trenchard, Goosnargh Gin is nestled at the base of Beacon Fell, the gateway to the Forest of Bowland AONB, Lancashire.
And far from making gin for the sake of making gin, their business has a real purpose – to celebrate, promote and give back to the Forest of Bowland, while championing the independent sector (farm shops, delis and independent venues), meaning you will never see a bottle of theirs on a supermarket shelf, or other mass market routes. Bravo!
Along with their gins, we’re particularly excited to see their beautiful stoneware bottles, all hand thrown by a master potter which the team works with in Lancashire!

Hicks & Brown was the organic result of dynamic sister duo, Rosie Turner and Alice Leet-Cook, who developed a luxury accessories brand in 2014. Their versatile accessory collections began with a selection of fedora style hats hand-finished in their Suffolk workshop. Throughout their collections, you’ll find a choice of timeless fedora options that vary in shape, colour and style to suit you for every occasion. The Suffolk Fedora collection is their most versatile and bestselling.
Being an absolute hit with country and fashion fanatics alike, it’s no wonder the heritage label has since been spotted on monarchy members such as HRH The Princess of Wales and the Countess of Wessex.
