Fr’um Pineapple and Smokey Scotch Bonnet Rum is a premium spiced rum created by Anthony Peart, a hospitality professional who is crafting a new era of rum beverages and bar manager of Tom Kerridge’s The Hand and Flowers. The rum is inspired by Caribbean flavours and combines dark and rich muscovado sugar, sweet juicy pineapple and fire roasted scotch bonnet pepper to create a unique and provocative flavour.

Fr’um uses real ingredients. Unlike many other spiced or flavoured rums, it contains no essences and is crafted from fresh fruit. This dedication to quality has earned it a Gold award at the International Wine and Spirit Competition (IWSC) in 2024.

It’s designed to be less sweet than other spiced rums, offering a fr’iendly and harmonious flavour that tantalises the tastebuds. Perfect for sipping neat or enjoying in cocktails.

Cornish Cheese Co

Cornish Cheese Co

Cheese has been produced on the Stansfield’s farm on Bodmin Moor since 2001. At that time milk prices had collapsed and dairy farmers were facing a struggle to survive. In the search for a new revenue stream Phillip and Carol Stansfield starting thinking about making cheese and noticed that there was no blue cheese being made in Cornwall. Phillip enrolled on a cheesemaking course and turned a former bottling plant at the end of the milking parlour into a cheese production facility and Cornish Blue was born. 20 years later our Cornish Blue has won multiple awards such as best British and World Champion Cheese which has allowed us to expand and grow the businesses to producing a whole range of artisan handmade cheeses.

Cornish Blue is a smooth, creamy blue full of flavour with a lot less strength than a traditional English blue. This means it’s a perfect for all types of dishes including soups, sauces, pastas and pastries but can also hold its own on a cheeseboard with a cracker and dash of apple chutney.
