Complimentary Ticket Process

After a payment* for your stand is received you will be sent a complimentary ticket code via email

You will be sent a unique code which your customers must use at the point of checkout to claim their complimentary tickets (complimentary ticket allocations are limited, including Late Night. The allocations can be found below).

Each customer will be able to register for a maximum of two tickets at the checkout and can only use their email to register once
Your complimentary code should be sent only to customers who you wish to personally invite to the Fair and not included in any emails to your database.
You can request hardcopy tickets as part of your complimentary ticket allocation when completing your Marketing Form.
Once you reach the end of your ticket allocation, a message will be displayed to anyone trying to use the link explaining that the limit has been reached. The customer will then be offered 25% off tickets instead.

Your complimentary ticket code will be emailed to you by the beginning of September so check your inbox or reach out to the Marketing team if you have not received them by this time.

Please note: These tickets are for Spirit of Christmas Fair exhibitors to invite their customers directly. Each exhibitor has an allocation of complimentary tickets so please do redeem promptly. An email address can only be used once to make a booking.
