20 discs of smooth salted peanut milk chocolate made using sustainably sourced heirloom cocoa beans of the Chuno variety, grown in Jinotega, northern Nicaragua. Roasted by us in England to highlight their unique character, then refined with Kalahari desert salt and South African Common Natal peanuts to create a smooth, salty, nutty chocolate.
Grown in South Africa, we use the Common Natal peanut, part of the Spanish variety, which has a sweeter and nuttier flavour. We freshly roast these peanuts for each batch of chocolate.
Sourced from the Kalahari desert and containing essential minerals and trace elements, desert salt has a unique flavour without the astringency associated with sea salt, making it perfect to pair with our chocolate.
