Made

using a blend of botanicals found along the

coast, and seaweed from the shoreline of

Falmouth Bay. As this is quite a savoury gin it

works perfectly as a simple G&T – served with

premium Indian tonic water and a slice of lemon.

Try serving with a little dried sea spaghetti in

a highball for a different taste. Also makes an

incredible Negroni.
