20 discs of smooth red peppercorn 75% dark chocolate made using sustainably sourced heirloom cocoa beans of the Chuno variety, grown in Jinotega, northern Nicaragua. Roasted by us in England to highlight their unique character and refined with Red Kampot peppercorns from Cambodia, to create a smooth spicy chocolate.
Red peppercorns have been left to fully ripen before harvesting, which results in their red colour along with a sweeter and more aromatic heat than black peppercorns.
