A very rare type of caviar, produced from Albino sturgeon. This caviar has a medium to small grain but an illuminating Golden Yellow colour. A smooth textured and well flavoured caviar with a creamy finish. Priced at £3600 per kilo. Sturgeon Species: Acipenser Ruthenus (RUT)
