About: Renowned for its exquisite, almost transparent pale colour and mild, floral flavour, Acacia honey is collected from the pollen of the amazingly fragrant flowers of Acacia trees from the biodiverse meadows of the Carpathian Mountains. When Acacia nectar is combined by the bees with Hawthorn and Maple nectars, the flavour becomes more complex and unique. Collected by a single master beekeeper and produced using centuries-old methods, this artisan honey has a pale yellow colour and mild, floral flavour.

Taste: Sweetness develops rapidly yielding a fulsome maple flavour with overtones of toffee and vanilla, leading to a long, fine, toffee finish.
