20 discs of 58% milk chocolate made using sustainably sourced heirloom cocoa beans of the Chuno variety, grown in Jinotega, northern Nicaragua. Referred to as Esencia, these particular beans have undergone a longer fermentation with less oxygen, before being roasted by us in England to highlight their unique character.

The high cocoa content with the addition of milk makes for an expressive milk chocolate.
